Returns Policy

Warranty

All warranties cover manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the intended life of the product under normal use. Our warranty does not include damage due to improper use of care, accident or negligence and excludes wear and tear and material breakdown due to age and use or environmental conditions.

50 Days will repair, replace, refund or credit if the goods are deemed faulty.

To claim under warranty please ensure you undertake the following steps:

  • Keep a copy of the receipt of purchase (proof of purchase).
  • Ensure fault in goods are not a result of unreasonable wear and tear and the product has been used for its designed purpose.
  • Contact 50 Days within the warranty period for the brand of product.
  • Send a copy of the receipt and a photo of the faulty product to determine what the next step is.

Please refer to each manufacturers warranty as ranges vary. 50 Days will match the manufacturers warranty period for products.

You will be required to pay for product postage to 50 Days. Product repair will be covered by 50 Days as well as the postage cost back to you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have at law. 

Returns

We understand if the item you have purchased is the wrong size, colour or just doesn't fit properly. For these reasons we are happy for you to return any item within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange, refund or credit. Please ensure you have not used the item(s) outside and that all labels are intact, otherwise return of goods will not be guaranteed. 

  • Contact 50 Days by sending an email to info@50days.com.au within 30 days from the date of purchase explaining why you wish to refund or exchange the item(s).
  • If 50 Days agrees, you will be provided with a Return Authority Form and unique returns authorisation code for relatable transactions.
  • Please send your item(s) and the receipt of purchase as soon as you have received confirmation from 50 Days to

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@50days.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@50days.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 119, Halls Gap, Victoria AU 3381.

Postage

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Product repair will be covered by 50 Days as well as the postage back to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
