1 Warranty, Refund and Exchange Policy
1.1 The Goods sold by 50 Days come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage within the warranty period provided with each of the Good(s) purchased (the “Warranty Period”). You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1.2 Subject to the nature of the facts leading to a claim under clause 1.1, 50 Days may, at their sole discretion, refund your Purchase Price, exchange the Goods or provide and equivalent store credit for any Good(s) purchased through the Services, so long as the following terms are met:
(a) you contact 50 Days by sending an email to info@50days.com.au within the Warranty Period explaining why you wish to refund or exchange the Good(s);
(b) If 50 Days agrees to the exchange, it will provide you with a Return Authority Form (also available on the Website) and a unique returns authorisation code to be used in all future correspondence between the parties;
(c) on notification of 50 Days agreeing to the exchange, you will immediately return the Good(s) and the receipt of purchase to 50 Days, care of the Warranty Department at PO Box 377, San Remo, Victoria, 3925, ensuring that the packaging and labels still attached to the Good(s) where possible;
(d) on receipt of the product returned for exchange or refund then 50 Days will, within seven (7) days, process that refund or exchange and advise you of the same in writing;
(e) where 50 Days elects to provide you with a refund then, within seven (7) days it will process the refund into the same bank account used to pay the Purchase Price;
(f) where 50 Days elects to provide an exchange, 50 Days will send a replacement product to your return address or, where the Good(s) you wish to exchange are no longer available, provide you with a store credit to the equivalent value of the Good(s) you purchased.
1.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary referred to in clause 1.1 and 1.2 above, 50 Days may, at its sole discretion, provide you with a refund of the Purchase Price where, within thirty (30) days of the Purchase Price, you have:
(a) notified 50 Days of your intention to seek a refund by sending an email to info@50days.com.au;
(b) received confirmation from 50 Days that they agree to the refund; and
(c) returned the Good(s) and the receipt of purchase to 50 Days, care of the Warranty Department at PO Box 377, San Remo, Victoria, 3925, ensuring that the packaging and labels still attached to the Good(s) where possible.
